This is HIS (Implying I can't put on more sand, plus it has to be his sand anyway) town WITH HIS OWN SAND. Do "/tele meep sands" if you don't believe me. Plus, you're not RS, so does it really matter if you don't believe?

obviously ALEX82. also I don't think sapp just takes requests. 

also meep purposefully never lets anyone see him on the meep sands SPECIFICALLY bc sapp may or may not give out exp.

2014 means more than half of the year was before RS, and this silly quest didn't start until a few months ago, probably 2.
