after i cleared quests a black bar shows, and i don't need to put spoilers and do i have to post if my rank changes also. if so that means i ranked up to rank 9.

If my city Scaledinavia is made into my main city, can I make a city directly east to it called east Scaledinavia and give it it's own town door, and the rs insignia can that city be my base

And walls around it too, yes. (You also have to do something with it, and if it's a residential town it will have to be RS members only)

After 2 months of being dead I am back! I have being doing a lot of PVP and Shadow Games which has gotten me back up to my rank before the 1 year tourney! (If you add 1 rank) It feels great to be back and I can't wait to continue playing 8bitmmo!
