Hello, I was interested in the history of the game, but while searching online I found more questions than answer. So, when was the game launched ? On Wikipedia, it says the game was launched in Beta in 2013, but the website implies that the game was created in 2001. Does Wikipedia refer to the Desktop version ? Also, who is the developer, RobbyZ or Sim9 ? I guess, Sim9 was the original dev, and RobbyZ now maintain and update the game ? In which circumstance was the game taken care of by another dev ? Also, the game's wiki speak of the "great theft" in this article : https://8bitmmo.fand...om/wiki/History. What is it ?

Same person, Sim9 is my in-game name.  There's a detailed history here up through 2015, which I had thought I had taken down because it gets a little too personal, but apparently never got around to it, lol.  So enjoy

 

EDIT:  Apparently I accidentally broke multipage support at some point when I moved domain names for the blog.  If you really want to read it, I might be able to fix it.

I'm not sure but i think the great theft is referring to all the wildgrass being picked up, resulting in the wilderness being a dirtscape
