Okay, seriously. How do you do this. I have no idea if you even can. Every time I TRY to chat, it just says I need a "Voice" and some wording after it that I can only think is instructions... if they made any sense. So... could somebody help me or tell me if it's even possible?

Only mods can chat in-game using IRC, simple answer XD
However, you can still chat with other people on IRC on #8bit channel

I believe it used to be possible, but people abused the privilege. I know it was not too long ago the potato gamewatch didn't need voice, but me and chris played a prank on fury and rip goes free chat

It used to be very possible, but people used it to avoid mutes and hardmutes. Then simmy had to put the chains on it. For as long as I've been on IRC you had to have voice to use it. Or at least as far as I can remember...

Sorry for bumping, but this bug was 2 days ago. And I abused it lel. Then I told sim9 and he kicked me

if the #8bit-gamewatch-serv4 chat bot isn't an OP you can chat. This only usually happens when IRC reboots. I've done it like 4 or 5 times
