A handful of ppl using steam couldn't log in today. Some kept trying it and it worked I believe. If worst comes to worst, try kong or 8bitmmo.net.

Shcky, fury, me and some others had same problems, just reset your pc when it happends and try again.
pretty sure Sim9 did that to make people get the "hang up and try again" achievement.
