I actually found the problem. The picture is too big, is anyone able to cut it down to 16x16?

if it was 16x16 it probably wouldnt be able to fit all the words in.

16x16 is the size of the top of an ingame block. Are you sure you can fit "75% OFF" in such a small space?

How many times have people told you that Paint (aka Microsoft Paint, aka MS Paint) is pre-installed on pretty much any Windows operating system. (And don't say you don't have it. If you don't, then that's your fault. Microsoft might have a download link, but I doubt it.)
