he was banned around last october, and he got banned something about buying plat then refunding it or something like that, he didn't get banned, his acc was just frozen.

What is the difference between freezing an account and banning it?

What is the difference between freezing an account and banning it?

Banning an account makes the owner of the account unable to make another account
Freezing an account makes it unable for the owner of the account to access the frozen account, but the owner can make an alt and access the game that way
