Well, here's a list:
1/ A publicpad: 25k -> 40k
2/ 2 Telepads: 10k -> 20k each
3/ A public box: 1500 -> 2000 (for donations)
4/ A safe (optional): 7k -> 12k (for donations too, i had one but it's in gotmilk575's bank now 
)
5/ 10 Pumpkins: 1k -> 2k
6/ 10 Spikes: 1000 -> 1500 each (optional)
7/ 2 Laser Turrent: 5k -> 10k each
8/ A reward block: 25k -> 35k
Total gold needed: 166000 gold!
Farming capability: 10000 gold per day (when i am NOT lazy) XD
Have needed gold on: 10/07/2015
Anybody sells one of those items will be added to my town for free
