It is NOT in snowpoint. He went to the wild after snowpoint.

He never moved it?
It was never inside snowpoint. It says he entered snowpoint, but then AFTER that it says he entered the Wilderness. It is not in Snowpoint. Also, Snowpoint is reachable via a mediocre journey from my town.

I knew that, it was somewhere outside of snowpoint. I just misinterpreted what pooa123 said, I thought he went to the area outside snowpoint and still didn't find it. So... has anyone found it yet?
