Yeh so i stumbled across this while going back to root on two different occasions (and FYI zhouPaPa was also wandering around and using the teleporters on my second visit.)

root is an instance, everyone has there own root no two people are supposed to be in the same root.

No, sim changed that. Root isn't instanced anymore.

several times sim9 has turned the instancing of root on/off, he does it based on player traffic, i dont know exactly, but based on my observations it is somewhere around an consistent average 75 people online that he will instance root.
