The mods are very busy since the newbies are cussing and spamming, but its not really their fault if its their first time since they dont exactly know the rules and during the tutorial when robby says GTFO a lot of players take that to be a signal they are allowed to swear, and the ninja masks description says: for bad***ery although if u say bad*** or *** you still get a warning from SOME mods. Maybe if you added a new NPC maybe a helpful potato who gives u tips and also tells you the rules at root this could be avoided, or maybe just chuck a few signs up in the tutorial that explains the rules. Just the other day a noob was cussing and when he was told it was against the rules, he asked where the rules were and trying to explain that the rules were not actually in the game is not easy, he made a fair point saying how the modes can enforce rules if the rules dont actually technically exist. So just add somewhere the noobs can see the rules or maybe an option in menu which leads to the rules. and additionally i would like to suggest that there is a button which can toggle the menu as well, just thought it would be helpful to be able to toggle menu options on and off.

Providing you an unnecessary dose of nonsense anytime!
