So I accidentally found out... 

When plat is destroyed in a match, it is gone forever, unless you cough up 1p to restore the town. (I did not realize that until after I ragequit for 30 seconds. rip publicpad)

 

So remember, do not leave any plat out unless you are planning on using 1p restoration.

 

Don't assume any items are safe. Hammers have a very large range above them. That is how you accidentally lose "safe" plat items.

 

You have all been warned.....

Are townstones invincible? Heck why doesn't sim just make all plat items invincible? That would make more sense.

townstones are invincible, but not because they are plat items, when a townstone is placed it becomes a part of the world, like the ground.  even sim9 wont remove a townstone unless he absolutely has to, because he is more likely to break something than sussesfully remove it.

One question , can a citizen in a town activate a transponder he put down which can lead to total destruction ? in which no one knows who did it ? or can only the mayor in a town activate a transponder in the town ?

I think only mayors and vice-mayors can.

Maybe the player could get some of the gold or platinum back for an item that was destroyed?

Other platties should be, but we'll see.

 

Personally I think plat items should not be invincible BUT they should be returned to your inv upon being hit.

*this would probably mean they should only have 1hp, if this were to be changed

Maybe all items should be returned to your inventory, but you should not be allowed to place items during the match to prevent people placing more objects to win.

the revive is real and also zooty is never in game so it isn't his fault that he didn't know that, i only found out when i tried to do it while i was in a game xD

my point being zooty can not leave his home territory since he wuld have no power in game, thats he can't go in game also he is too busy watching the latest MLP episode
