You can use the texturepack way and just re-edit some other clothing.

thats an awesome santa texture! probably you could make the mobs different textures like elves and stuff and make there names an 8bitmmo pun 
like "Bitty Clause"

Most glorious. The beard conflicts with the clown nose and ninja mask though; that's the only issue I see.
9/10 would eat milk 'n cookies in
I think we could use some H'ween clothes though......
I made some a few months ago if I can dig them up. They're very rough though. Almost embarrassing to distribute as-is.
Still doing the hand thing.

Yeah, but I was thinking that maybe the beard should function as an accessory. The problem is that it would cover a part of the shirt, and I don't know if that is possible to make.
