Okay, so I'm willing to spend up to 25 to 30k on a town expansion no. 2. I can go up to 40k if needed but then I'd be bankrupt so I don't exactly wanna do that.
If anyone would be willing to sell that'd be awesome!

You shouldn't say "willing to go up to 40k" because most people would just immediately go to 40k if you're willing to pay that.

I said I can, not saying I'm willing. if someone said 40k I would try force the price down
