That's not a bug. Instancing begins when you type /root and ends when you teleport away... that's just a bypass, not a bug.

It was my first town, and oddly I never designed it to be Lol. It's far enough to exist, but close enough to find.

I've already done it 15 times in the past year... I think I can also confirm However, it's not a bug, it's someone's creation.
And about the instance not working, that's because the instance was ended as you did not restart it again by typing /root .
