Hi there, I'm having similar problems to other users who are unable to get authorization from Steam.  I have tried the solutions in the FAQ to no avail and was hoping to find a solution here.  Here is a copy of my log http://pastebin.com/uM21aBK1 and here is a screenshot of my local files http://i873.photobuc...zpscbb8e022.png I really appreciate all the hard work you're putting into getting this game up and running for everyone

Try now:  I realized I wasn't distributing the visual studio 2010 runtime with the game -- most people already have it installed, but if you don't, that could be causing this.

To get it, right click 8BitMMO in steam->properties->local files->Verify integrity of game cache. Then run the game. You should get a popup that says it's 'installing vc redist package.' Make sure you see that popup, and please let me know if that helps at all
