There are a lot of bugs regarding these.

 

#1. /rewardblocks lies. a lot of times people claim the list says it has not been collected but has.

#2. Rewardblock graphics remain unchanged after collecting.

 

Note. The use of a rewardblock as a guest book is a bad idea since the list of names stays with it when moved or traded. ( I assume traded ) So it really is imposable to know weather that person was there or if the person found it somewhere else. It gets confusing to.
