What is Regius Sapphirus?

Regius Sapphirus is a clan in 8bitmmo founded by the moderator SapphireCoyote. It's purpose is competitive PvP and building. (Although it leans heavily towards the PvP aspect more, we do still build some pretty awesome things)

Why should I care about your clan?

Never said you had to, but in all honesty, it can actually be pretty fun to be linked together in a group of clan mates. Think of a clan as a tight-knit circle of friends with a common goal or view. To be part of something in which you can work together with others on is fun and flat out better than being alone all the time, right?

What do I get out of joining?

Regius Sapphirus has a rank system consisting of 20 basic ranks. And depending upon your rank, you may receive higher salary. Salary is given out to RS members every Sunday. You MUST be online to claim your payment however. I will not stack missed salaries. It is your duty to claim your own earnings. This is not a persuasive technique, but rather your incentive for joining us. You can also learn from other members about tips with building, PvP, and more.

How do I rank up?

Rank ups are achieved through doing various quests, or by doing specific builds to gain XP.

How big is your base?

Our base consists of a central town, and four other towns surrounding it in cardinal directions.

What do you look for in members?

We really do not look for anything if you are not joining for the PvP aspect, but if you are joining for PvP, then we look for very good fighters. If I notice you out on the field of combat and you are doing exceptionally well, expect a possible invitation from me. Try your hardest and strive for the stars. I believe that anyone can be good at PvP. All you have to do is keep on PvPing, and you'll get better.

Sub-base Bonus Information:

Sub-base Farm Bonuses

+600xp/1lawyerspawner 

Sub-base Expand Pay Bonuses

Sub-base owners now get bonus pay in their salary.

Bonus will go off of sub-base size.

This applies to an unlimited amount of bases per member.

Unexpanded: 200g

10p = 350g

25p = 750g

30p = 1,100g

60p = 1,850g

130p = 2,500g

200p = 3,650g

300p = 5,000g

Sub-base Expand XP Bonus/Other Misc

Linking RSCHQ (Tele TSCP) to the sub-base VIA two of your own Link Pads will yield 15,000xp.

Placing a DEDICATED Public Pad in the sub-base will yield 30,000xp.

Town expands are now counted as bonuses. To calculate your bonus value, check how much more plat you will need to expand your town with /townexpand, then take the current previous expand value in plat, and multiply it by 2,500, then finally divide it by two and you will have your bonus for townexpands.

Example: Amount needed for next expand is 130p. The current expand we are on is 4, 60p.

The formula is: 60p*2,500xp/2=amountofbonusxp

In this case, 75,000xp.

No animals or gems are to be used twice, gems may be shared in the name at the discretion of the original reserver.

Dragons are an exception, as long as they are made of something that another existing dragon isn't already made of.

Don't stop at gems, you may use minerals in naming your feral form as well.

I'm pretty sure they existed before CC, so basically you're taking their idea and using it in another approach.
