Sharky, since KJH is 'dead' and 1 plat is now 2K gold, most would sell a pubpad for around 25K

Umm, i don't know. Townstones had a huge price rise.
First, 2 years ago, they were a measly 4K
Then it went 8K, 10K, 15K, 20K etc.

I remember when I first started I bought a townstone for 2k. It was some deal that was going on.
