Door Bug! A glitch with the doors!

I found this out Sunday night.

Apparently if someone is constantly using E on a door to keep it open for themselves, and a different person tries to open the door on their end, they won't be able to open it for themselves!

I found this out while holding the double doors open at /tele help to let setk get through the turrets to get to Xerp's Help Desk (A seemingly impossible task). However, once I started trying to hold the doors open for setk, He was unable to open them, even after logging off and coming back again (He thought it was lag ).

This could be bad for spamming reasons. -SSJ

I didn't know that was a glitch but yeah people playing with doors will limit your own access. You always have to press e to open doors for yourself, however if someone else tries to at the same time it *may* slam in your face. I realised this when I tried setk's obstacle course (last part)

I see. I agree with you Value. Though I think it could be counted as a bug if someone would be constantly spamming E and no one else could open the doors, so a troll could to do this to people trying to get into a place (which would be bad  ).

indeed, glad zoo doesn't need doors or else trolls would go and spam the hell out of doors but wait.... di has doors

i would use ur farm but since u changed the doors i am too lazy to walk the other direction, if the town door was in front of the publicpad i would go. but i think u should add in another pair of DGR spawners becuz ur farm has less spawners than di and zoo (also a reason i don't use it as much)

forums? hide the website? don't u mean hide the thread? threads can not be hidden only locked (mods and robbyz can still post in it and everyone can view it). Also do u want people to begin trolling towns with doors? the door bug is a bad thing. IF u have a town would u want the doors to be bugged so u can not open them? huh?! huh?!!

madman you can only have 4 spawners in one region. So I am assuming setk put the farm in between the edge of 2 regions. You could still place 10 spawners in one farm if you placed them in between the corner of 4 regions.

Wait, dire has 8? i always felt like it had less than 8 doe. felt like it had only 6....

madman you can only have 4 spawners in one region. So I am assuming setk put the farm in between the edge of 2 regions. You could still place 10 spawners in one farm if you placed them in between the corner of 4 regions.

So then couldn't you have like 16 dire spawners in the intersection of the 4 regions? If 4 spawners could fit in 1 region, then couldn't you have 16 spawners all together at where the 4 regions meet?

You can only have 2 mobs per region, so 8 is the max for a farm.

Otherwise I would have made a farm with 16 dires lol
