the cement is probably the worse part, it is nice but the cement shows you are poor and therefore makes the art poor. 3/10 would be higher but needs more black tiles

Madman, I know lego is a spammer but he can do what he wants with his pixel art. Stop forcing him to use black tile, it's his choice. It seems to me that you're judging him because he is using cement and you are blindly inferring that he is poor. Even if that is the case, he can do whatever he wants. It's not like black tile is master race anyways, art is art, there is no best block to make it. I'm not the type of guy to stand up to people, but when an insensitive ignoramus does something wrong, I must do what's right.

Cement is too light though. I'd at least use road tiles. They're still 1/4th the price of black ones and much darker.

Microsoft Paint is found in pretty much all legit windows computer, and also download another photo editing program like GIMP (which i bet you already have) and crop and weave the pictures together
