I am back from my many years of hibernation XD. So i just noticed there was a lack of modern houses in 8BitMMO. I knew i needed to build one because i love modern houses . if you don't know what a modern house is heres some examples

 I built it at /tele pixel harbor, here is my attempt:

 

 

I didn't have that much gold so i didn't build on it that much, i might make something like a patio in the backyard later.
