atm u cant build bc its not available for people to build on YET. normal people who didnt get a landrush bonus during novemberbit can start building as of 9/1/16. its like =66, u can still build on the terrain.

Also kjh is making a megatown in the north so if he isn't done by the time you can build in =68, do yourself a favor and don't place a TS in the north (trust me, you don't want to get on kjh's bad side. Also the megatown is for the community not himself so you'd be getting on everyone's bad side)
