These are very simple to make.  Most people don't need another person to make them one unless they don't know how to use a computer at all.  I just prefer my current pic because that's my favorite spot in root.

Why do you assume everybody should know how to:

1) Take a photo of themselves ingame and

2) Photoshop the photo to get the desired photo.

 

I know how to work a computer, but I don't know the procedure to photoshop the photo. So, I'm a living counter-arguement to your statement.
