Basically what I am saying is:
I want that when 1 min before server resets it puts music and global chats msgs. Just like in growtopia: See this video.

As you can see, the server restarts and puts epic music. I want to be this on 8bitmmo too! Not only on updates, In restarts too!

Umm... I don't think the servers ever restart.
We have reboots, but not restarts. If it restarted, then everybody's stuff would be wiped and the server would begin anew.

Restart i think is same as reboot.
