basically at my hunger games, everyone was asked to put their items in the box, and not to take any one elses. then walldown took em, and when we asked for em he didnt do it, and while we tried to play he came along and caused a ruckus etc.

Walldown, you were not supposed to take other players' items, but could you be polite and do that? NOOOOO. You just HAD to troll and take other players' items. That's why you're a troll/scammer, you were expected to behave and you didn't

Also you were causing a ruckus because you're supposed to only have a white sword going in, and other weapons would be in boxes there. However you came in with red swords a hammer and a laser gun. Haven't you ever been taught ethics? Just because something is legal doesn't mean it's ethical. All kinds of scams are legal, but none of them are ethical. Ethics is what affects your reputation, just as much as laws do. Don't just be so senseless as to think that just because authorities don't persecute for it, it means that people won't hate you for it. The more you scam, the more you lose reputation, the more people hate you for it. When you try joining any group of people (social club, game, etc), you should learn the rules and the ethics of that place, because if you break either it destroys your reputation.

Please learn the rules of programming.

 

A program can not do anything outside of its code. Imagine the code as an unsealable dome telling the thing inside what to do and the thing inside has to obey. The thing inside is the program. As such, I don't really believe (personally) in true artificial intelligence. And if a robot went and tried to kill us? Well, it would have to have been programmed that way.
