GOOD LUCK

Edit: The phrase above is encypted

It will be in this format, when fully decoded "CS-XERP-????-????-????-????"

Hint 1:  NTI is 52, when you decrypt it

Hint 2:  All that gibberish is actually numbers.

Pleas put the dashes in where they should be, also is the "CS-XERP" part of the encrypted thing?

Perhaps a hint as to what it was encrypted with?

Also, I checked the character count in ms word. 168. Inconveniently, that's a multiple of 4, so 0 encryptions are ruled out.

EDIT: Not base64.

I decided to take a stab at this. This is what I came up with so far:

N TI 1

N jQ x
N GE 0
N jR m

N WE 1
N zR m
N TI 0
N jQ x

N WE 0
N jR i
N Tk 0
Y TU 3

N DU 1
N TU 0
N GQ 0
Y TR k

N Dk 0
Z jR i
N Dk 1
Y TU 3

M zI 1
N TM 5
N GI 1
N TU 0

N GQ 0
Y TR m
N GI 1
N DR k

N DI 0
O DU 1
N DQ 1
M jM z

N WE 0
Z DU 2
N GY 0
Y jR h

N Tc 0
M TV h
N DY 0
Y jU 3

M zc 0
Z TQ 4

1. Beginning of every four pieces include  either N, Y, Z, M, or O ('N' being very frequent, and I have yet to understand why).
2. 10 sets for a total of 5 pieces of code.
3. Could use either Vignere cipher or any other kind of code which involves the compositions of several characters to decipher one character of code."

Hmm... 1:56.... WAIT. Doesn't the server reset at 2:00? Maybe a warning is posted in the chat at that time... and it's got a clue to the code!

MembersPip5 postsPosted Yesterday, 09:18! I put the code into a search engine, and that is what it came up with. It said the site did not exist, but I bet that's part of the code!

The level of stupid here....

the hint is the number 56

HINT #1:
56

One thing I noticed here is some letters are capitalized while some are lower case
If we seperate the upper and lower case letters (and keep the numbers with the upper-case letters) we get the following:

NTI1 NQNG E0NR NWE1 NRNT I0NQ NWE0 NRNT 0YTU 3NDU 1NTU 0NGQ 0YTR ND0Z RND1 YTU3 MI1N TM5N GI1N TU0N GQ0Y TRNG I1ND RNDI 0ODU 1NDQ 1MMN WE0Z DU2N GY0Y RNT0 MTVN DY0Y U3M0 ZTQ4

jxjm zmjx jikk kjik zmkj zjhc hjzc

First of all each four-letter group contains at least 1 "j"
I also noticed after splitting them both groups are divisible by 4 so I split them into groups of 4. I also noticed are 1/5 the size of the upper-case characters, not sure what this means, but I hope it's useful

19 NTc 0 MTV h
20 NDY 0 YjU 3
21 Mzc 0 ZTQ 4

i separated them like this

i noticed that the 4th and 8th colums are the only ones with numbers, and that the 4th column is maybe binary...

4th  101000100111010100000
8th  xmmxi3oki350mk1z2hh34

also i noticed that N is the leading letter in the majority of the segments, and is not found anywhere else except at the head of segments

it could be 1330848, or it could be that the 1s mark places of significance, there are 8 1s in that sequence, and that seems like a significant number

I think that the 56 means 5-6... as in we need to arrange the code in certain ways to get the correct letter/number segment combos... and then use the 5th and 6th ones as the first 2 parts of the missing code.

I think it's time kjh gave us another hint...
