Do you mean the hexadecimal number system?

 

The numbering goes like this...

 

0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F

 

Therefore... A is equivalent to 10...

Hint 1:  NTI is 52, when you decrypt it

 

Hint 2:  All that gibberish is actually numbers.

 

Here's what I got from base64:

Which did yield a 52 at the beginning. Turning that into hex gives me:

From there, it's anyone's guess. I already have a monocle so... good luck everyone lol.

Its not like base 16 (hexadecimal) is the only method of counting.... There is base 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, and so on.
