So somehow I accidentally managed to get 3 publicpads to all have the exact same name.
Also, they all show up in the publicpad list.
Not sure how I exactly did it, but I am gonna try and recreate it so it can possibly be prevented. ;P
If I find out how this happened, I will update this post.

What happens when /tele setk2, death or tele'd to a random one?
it says: can not find tele to setk2. basically it doesnt work
