1st course
Serrano Ham and Smoked Gouda Risotto Friiters with Sweet Corn Aioli and Shrimp Al Ajillo.
2nd Course
Fried Anchovy with Smoked Paprika Allioli and Fried Potato Skewer over piquant tomato sauce and roasted garlic emulsion.
3rd course
Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with goat cheese drizzled with balsamic vinegar reduction and seared spiced tuna with crisp wonton crisp over black bean puree topped with heirloom tomato salsa.
4th course
Chorizo Sausage over crisp flatbread and stone ground mustard topped with carmelized onions. and adobo sauce roasted pepper marinated ribloin seared and broiled topped with fried quail egg over toasted crostini.
5th course
Rum Soaked Whole Grain Baguette toasted to perfection with melted warm brie topped with a warm apple and golden raisin chutney topped with caramel drizzle.
