Yeah so in a way it defeats the object of meow being banned because his 'unpaid plat items/towns' now belong to other people. This means the defrauded objects haven't been removed from the game or the economy...
Anyway yeah RIP.
In this scenario shouldnt his town and items be revoked by sim9? and not be available in game due to the banishment?

He frauded 200 dollars in plat. He bought the top hat and plat suit (344p cost) which is just nearly the 350p you get from the $200 plat pack. So it's practically balanced out by him not being able to play with his expensive clothes.
Also, his town was there long before he frauded.
