dont do a link if its gonna be a picture, get an imgur then upload the image you want on imgur. then you click on the image and find the bcc code, click and drag it into your signature slot and save it. not the best instructions in the world, but hey they are instructions.

You can hide people's signatures.

Move your mouse over someone's signature and you will see a red cross (X).
