OK now that u have begun to read this thread it is already too late to exit. U must finish reading the whole thing. After learning the ancient arts of 8bit-fu u will become a experienced 8bitter.

                                     -starting off-

1. first go to 8bitmmo.net/play.html or download the desktop version at 8bitmmo.net or download the steam version

2. open the game, if u do not have an account go to step 3a, if you have an existing account go to step 3b

3a. sign up to the game by clicking the sign up button, then choose a username and password

3b. login to your existing account

4. If you have a new account complete the tutorial and later get to root (tells u how to get there in the tutorial) and learn the ancient art of 8bit-fu talking to sensei Draco (the small red dragon) and master doctor sir zombie brains (the funny smelling zombie dude in the bottom right corner)

5. if you have an existing account, press enter then type /root and press enter again. you will enter a mysterious place and learn the ancient art of 8bit-fu by talking to sensei Draco (the small red dragon) and master doctor sir zombie brains (the funny smelling zombie dude in the bottom right corner)

5. after completing the quests very carefully u will now have the knowledge on how to build, slay mobs, good places to go to get gold, how to get into a town and how to use doors,signs etc.

6. If you still do not know all the commands to the game just google them up or go to: http://8bitmmo.wikia.com/wiki/Commands

Thank you for reading my guide on how to become a seasoned 8bitter and learn the arts of 8bit-fu. the tutorial actually teaches you all the basics and if newbies didn't get so excited that they don't read the instructions to the quest on how to write on signs, then it is their fault and the other skills in 8bit you can learn by playing the game and gaining words of wisdom from older players.

true dat, i was lv.6 when i heard about it.

You become experienced by

a.) spending time making friends, grinding space bar, and annoying people on the forums

        or

b.) buying plat

i made this guide to  show that guides are not needed, and all u need to do is ACTUALLY PLAY FRICKING ATTENTION DURING THE TUTORIAL. and to be fair i was hating on his guide, i just said there already were guides out there and he doesn't need to make a new one, i didn't say: OMFG UR GUIDE IS SO LAME AND IT SUCKS AND WTH DID U MAKE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE? IT SUCKS SO BAD U MAY AS WELL THROW IT AWAY IN THE RUBBISH BUT U WOULD PROBABLY END UP FINDING IT AGAIN WHEN UR ON UR MORNING SHIFT!!!!!!!
