Rules for eligibility:
(Notice: Rules may change at anytime)
1. You must not be older than 10 months.
2. You must be in good standing. (AKA: No mutes or bans. Bans will disqualify you from this program. A mute must be at least 3 months old for you to be eligible again.)

1. You must own at least one town. (White Townstone only)
2. You must not already own a publicpad.
3. Must be in good standing. (Bans disqualify. Mutes must be at least 3 months old before you are eligible again.)
