Before the decoration update, i thinked that the tv have many channels. You can do one without problem, with gold (temp.) or with plat (forever) You can put ads inside too. that would be a GREAT ad idea.

Custom tv content would be cool like signs you mean?

a bit hard to make, But i actually think this might be a good idea!

You could just a have a few template images to choose from for your tv channel and then do /tv to edit a caption (just like a sign).
