I think us plat buyers should raise are prices, why, u might ask, well its are money that where spending, and it will encourage people to buy plat, which will help with the games development.

back when i first came you could get a townstone for 4k, withrow as kyro said it is your choice on what to do with your plat. If you have a high price but someone has a lower price it is most likely people would buy from the cheaper as well.

If you wanted, you could sell it for 1g per plat or 2147483647g per plat

IMO, the economy broke after the steam launch. Beforehand it was a fixed percent for plat, but now it varies. Honestly, the economy has turned into a replica of the real economy.
I predict it will get worse if (when) crafting gets added cause there will be less use for gold. Although you might be able to trade some special craft blocks for plat

IT'S ALL LIES! DON'T LISTEN TO THE ANTI-CRAFTING CARTEL!
THEY DON'T WANT CRAFTING BECAUSE IT'S BAD FOR THEIR BUSINESS!

I actually am ok with crafting with what sim said would make it unique. I'm just saying that using crafting to get blocks will limit what gold is used for

If I get it correctly, you (the guy who started the topic) want the plat item prices to be raised to the point where no one couldn't afford them with gold and everyone would be forced to buy plat?! If it is correct (sorry if I misunserstood you), it is the stupidest and most selfish thing that I ever read in the forums.
Personally, this is unfair. The economy is the most broken part of 8bitmmo. And 1 player in particular said they'd sell plat for 500g per plat when they got plat, if needed. Players like this who boldly sell for 500g are what this game needs, for plat has gone way too high. from calculations, a 60-plat town expansions costs over 100k, yet it used to only cost about 30k.
Prices are terrible, so the guy who started this thread - sorry- only wants to break the economy further than it already is.

The economy isn't made by sim.
It's made by the players.
