No it will just add one gold to your gold amount
i think you quoted the wrong text. i was told if u pressed e it turns into gold but i didn't know u can't pick it up. so all those museums were built specifically near a wild coin? that's a shame them u can not move wild coins, so when u r selling they would have to buy the land
