Change it from your last visit to content I haven't read
You're not seeing it because you have "Just Items I follow" checked, uncheck it.

more like a day. I can barely keep on top of all the new posts each day loljust tick content i have not read and untick items i am following. don't go on forums for one week and when you are back... voila you can see new content.
