So What is difference between Overlay(beta) and Web purchase ? Please answer this quick as you can.

its says web purchase is steam too
and there is no option to paypal,amazon or bitcoins and i dont need it anyway i need only steam way and to know how thous work before i use so there would no be problems

They are different ways to pay.
Overlay is through Steam, web is with PayPal, amazon or bitcoin
