Under recent requested investigations by the Scratsonian Government Control Agency Hamsterdam's governing body was found to be held by a DISQUALIFIED user. The specified user is VilliusR who was entirely stupid and slanderous.

Well Scratso, i will admit it all: Vilius seemed like a really nice person at first, he even donated 1000G. He kept on demolishing stuff he accidentally broke partially. After the events happened, i immediatley  kicked him out and torn down his house, but i forgot to edit the wiki.
