Hello, I have been playing this game since last night, roughly 10pm EDT, and I've already fallen in love with this game. But a few minutes ago, I've tried logging on multiple times, and keep getting disconnected. Sometimes I can't get in the game at all, and sometimes I get into the game, and a few seconds later I disconnect. This happens with both servers. I managed to get off a "Hello?" in game chat before disconnecting one of the times and people responded so I'm not sure if it's the game, or my connection, or what. Help is appreciated.

Run ping -t 8.8.8.8 while playing.

If you ever see "request timed out", that means it's your internet. If it carries on saying "Reply from 8.8.8.8" that means it's something to do with 8BitMMO

Thanks for the help, it keeps saying "Reply from 8.8.8.8", after disconnection. I hope there is a way to fix this I really like this game and want to continue playing.
Sometimes the game will say "SERVER DISCONNECTED. Restart the game to attempt reconnect", with a black screen. Other times it will say "Disconnect:", with a grey screen and the text is considerably smaller. Not sure if that information will help.

Yes I do, and I don't know what happened but it's working fine all of a sudden.

Hmm, could just be whatever internet weather cleared up between you and the server.
