I've seen Grim swear multiple times and never get warned.

I never said that a mod should be un-moded for breaking rules
I said a mod is not above the law so muting a mod for breaking rules is the appropriate thing to do
Now, if trololo were to break rules and not be muted that would show I'm wrong

Also what does mods (supposedly) being above the law have to do with the fact that this thread should be locked and/or hid for advertising?

secondly... It really depends on the mod to enforce the rules as they see fit. Some of us are more strict than others.

 

third... Mods have been and will be removed as mod if he/she abuses their powers and position. If anyone has an issue they can report a mod the same way they can report any other player by making a ticket directly to sim.

 

and last but not least. I've posted this multiple times on irc and in the mods irc channel itself. SIM knows and has never said anything about it. He's never replied or removed, locked the topic.
