yes its true that your cant buy or trade plat, his point still stands and the solution is simple: He wants someone to expand his town for 25 plat.

Pay someone, say, 40k to have them do /townexpand.
They do have to be an official or vice though.
My Only Problem Is Who Will Thats Why I Posted This On The Forums To Find Someone To Do So
