Mods are allowed to remove randomly-placed blocks if the player they belong to has been inactive for a month or more, but the world would be a lot more attractive if regular players had this ability themselves. Why not allow experienced (Lvl. 6) players to remove these eyesores?
Obviously griefing is the major concern, but you could put all kinds of limits on the ability (one block per day, costs gold per block, requires some kind of plat tool, etc).

there is no way to protect abandoned completed builds and I can assure you some bad people would just get level 6 to grief those good builds.

The whole idea of non-mods to delete abandoned blocks is a bad idea due to the fact that you may make a mistake and of removing a block and at some point, there would be a difficult desicion on whether to remove a structure or not and then you'll have to contact Sim9, and you know Sim can't function with 10 people asking questions all at once. Also, as said before, there will be some trolling problems as well.

Let's get YOUR facts straight. I said you haven't been active for a YEAR and SIX MONTHS, multiple times you weren't on for many months at a time. Also, just because you are active sometimes, doesn't mean that you aren't a noob.
