Indeed it is. Its a heavily modified version of Linux Mint/Debian. Im still in the process of making my own icons which will resemble the blue menu icon in the top left corner. If you notice in the terminal window to the right that my clock speed is only 1.2GHz. That is simply because of power savings that runs the CPU at half speed when its not needed to save battery power. Also, the only reason it is using so much RAM is because of Steam. Otherwise it wouldn't even be using 200mb.

You should download it and give it a try. Its free and much more versatile than windows will ever be.
