Good work Assassin. But I'm still better than you at being it. Try to top my "signature skills" with one of your own.

Abt, the likelihood is that you'll only get mod if you already was one elsewhere.

Asking to be a mod doesn't automatically disqualify you. Chances are though unless your already being considered it isn't going to make any difference. If you are known to swear a lot, spam, troll, have got banned for any reason, broken any rules, Then don't even bother. If you have been fairly active and are helpful then asking is acceptable just don't ask continuously. PS: No one ever has to ask to be a mod. It's pretty fair to assume almost everyone wants to be one.

I'd have to say that while almost everyone wants the powers of a mod, I doubt that most people would take it as a responsibility rather than a perk. It was refreshing to see that someone else really just enjoys helping people.

Being a mod isn't too fun. You don't get to play the game anymore, you have to help other people play the game
If your boss is a douche and your getting paid to mod then yea. Sim is awesome though and we don't get paid to be a mod. We can play and we can help players when we happen to notice or just happen to be in the mood to help.

Now, you have as BIG of a chance to become a mod as me and ALinkToTheFuture! I hope you feel like you achieved something...
Would it kill you to stop using my full name?

Assume nothing young Grim! For being a mod would be the most unholy of tortures!

What if the game shut down? Why would moderating somewhere else give him a higher chance of being a moderator here?
Surely if he was a good moderator, he'd be devoted to the server he was enlisted to moderate at. No?
