So, the /tele snow only allows lvl.4+ players to enter, why is that?

It's on the new map, and only people who are higher than level four can get on the new map.

The new map is level 4+ to cut down on much of the junk and spam left by noobs who join and leave. It was decided that by level 4 players are less likely to leave just a mess and junk. Though there are still some that do.

Well, as I mentioned earlier Grim, it has no difference. There are still "noobs" who made it to level up to level 4+ and landed on =66 just to leave these junks. Maybe sim should add another restriction to prevent this. Like how long the players have been playing this game, before they can step their foot on =66. Or perhaps could be applied on other new maps later on.
The Great Martian who made it to land on the 8bitmmo world, and started a colonization with potatoes..

There are still "noobs" who have been playing this for some time, what should the limit be? I think a year would be within reason....
No. Too long a wait for town cits.

...why?
Because players want to join towns in =66, and having to wait a year would make them quit as people aren't that patient.

Yeah, who would wait a year just for some map? I know I wouldn't.

Agreed. If I needed to do something in =66 and I had to wait a year to do it, I would quit. It's lack of player consideration to do that.

I'd say a month is better....
No, lack of consideration again. A week seems a lot more suitable as a months a twelfth of a year... still a lot of time to wait.

Actually a half month will be best... unless they play at least only 2 days per week...
I actually reached lvl 6 in only about 2-3 days....

I still say a month......most new towns these days are built in private universes, and there is loadsa space in =65
Where's all of the space in =65?
=66 is empty towns and =65 is filled with junk.
