It looks like Java issues. Try deactivating your firewall for a moment.

If it's a black screen issue, disable teamspeak/mumble overlays as described in FAQ

 

If this is the clicking launch for a server does nothing issue, a few people have reported this, but we haven't figured out what's causing it yet.  The good news is that it seems to work fine if they try again a few days later.  No idea why though.
