When i start 8bitmmo with steam it opens the window and it says that i am not logged in steam.I checked with other games on steam and they work perfectlly.

Try a reboot, then ensure Steam is online and set to 'Online' mode in your friends list, then launch 8BitMMO from Steam Library.

Steam connection problems happen often, because it gets so much traffic. I would suggest to just wait 5 minutes, and then restart your computer when this happens.
