Oh yes. I know it's a solution. But it's the principal here. When the launcher was still in beta I paid $10 for it. And I'll be damned if I don't use it!

Well now I have a use of it for the texture packs sooooooooooooooooo HA
Of course if Sim makes it easier (or possible) to change them in the browser then I'll probably do away with the client all together.

I made an account in 2012 and quit after a week of playing, but then I started playing again once I saw it on steam.
